Hello, This elegant Viennese Biedermeier upholstered wing armchair from c. 1825 is distinguished by sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design and excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design. The upholstery beautifully emphasizes the warm amber shade of the walnut wood. The chairs are raised on delicately profiled feet. The piece has a lovely walnut veneer accentuated by a light amber tone and 200 years old patina. Pieces of such quality like this Biedermeier wing armchair are very rare and hard to find.
