We are delighted to offer for sale this very uniquely shaped, Circa 1830 William IV, brown leather and Mahogany Wingback armchair with ornately carved frame A simply glorious piece, the frame is not something I have seen before, its very unique and looks to be an amalgamation of designs to be incorporated into a custom made armchair The piece has been lightly restored to include a deep clean, hand condition wax and hand polish, its in lovely period order and has a wonderful patina Dimension Height:- 94.5cm Width:- 84cm Depth:- 77cm Seat height:- 36.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
