About the Item

19th century walnut buffet from France in the ever-popular Louis-Philippe style. The entire piece has wonderful graining, for a show-stopping look in any room or office! The top has absolutely gorgeous graining, and has a beveled edge, which is finished in a darker color for that extra bit of contrast that makes the piece more interesting. The top follows down to a simple apron, which contains a single drawer, also made from wonderfully grained walnut. The piece has two lower shelves, also with gorgeous graining, and separated by hand turned shelf supports, and supported on hand turned feet. The two lower shelves have slight repairs, which are pictured.
