About the Item

A breakfront side cabinet in a painted faux-rosewood grain finish with parcel-gilt highlights. Gilt fluted pilasters topped with rosette paterae flank each door section, and the top is bordered by a gilt scrolling foliate motif painted directly onto the rosewood-grained ground. Painted gilt lines outline the four paneled doors, set beneath three drawers with brass hardware. Five keys are included. Interior is painted pale green.
