About the Item

This classically designed cabinet exemplifies the simple Swedish interpretation of Biedermeier, otherwise named after the Swedish King Karl-Johan who reigned during this period. Four locking upper drawers with original bone hardware sit atop four symmetrical, locking doors. The interior section, designed for china and silver storage habe fixed shelves. The upper shelves feature a whimsical yet practical cut-away to accommodate decanters and taller items.
