About the Item

A two-part Barocchetto-style sideboard made of lacquered and painted wood. Sideboard with an architectural cornice, a carved central vase, and a pair of glass doors. Cabinet with a pair of doors, a drawer, and interior shelves; curved legs. Decorated with painted reserves featuring gilded scroll and "C" motifs, which frame flowers and vases of flowers. It retains traces of the original lacquer, even though it was completely relacquered and repainted in the 20th century.
