About the Item

A sculptural cylindrical bar cart or storage cabinet in warm-toned wood, representative of mid-century Italian modern design. The piece is defined by its tambour-style exterior composed of vertical wooden slats, creating a rhythmic architectural surface that wraps seamlessly around the circular form. The cabinet opens via sliding tambour doors fitted with minimalist black metal handles, revealing a fitted interior with a central turned support column and a circular intermediate shelf. The interior configuration allows for practical storage of bottles, glassware, or serving accessories, making it particularly suitable as a drinks cabinet or occasional service trolley. The structure rests on a cruciform wooden base terminating in four black casters, allowing for easy mobility. The base features a central turned finial detail beneath the cabinet body, adding a subtle traditional accent to the otherwise modernist silhouette.
