Very good inlaid Georgian secretary with a falconer pediment, possibly by Gillows. The secretary features glazed doors surrounded by inlaid stop fluted columns and capitals that are similar to examples by Gillows. The fall front opens to reveal a very detailed interior with hidden drawers, carved architrave drawers and document drawers. All on ogre bracket feet. Late 18th-early 19th Century Georgian Architect's Stand

Located in Richmond, VA

Very unique late 18th-early 19th century Georgian architect's stand. The Stand resembles a kneehole desk, yet is 40.5" tall. The center drawer is over a Gothic shaped door concealing 2 shelves. There are 5 graduated drawers on either side and fluted quarter columns framing the interior and exterior sides. Would make a great stand up desk, work station or host stand.
