A red and black armoire with calligraphy and brass hardware from 1800s, China. This Chinese armoire is made of red and black painted wood with brass hardware, and its doors are adorned by beautiful calligraphy. This armoire displays a rectangular shape with an overhanging top. Its front legs are supported by two wavy carved planks. The bottom section of this cabinet features two square doors with brass hinges and lock, surmounted by three drawers with brass bail handles.
