About the Item

An English tea trolley of epic proportions, this 19th century mahogany antique is grand in scale, likely used in a luxurious hotel or commercial setting. The wood shelves are stunning, in deep and rich color matched with upright supports that have been turned and styled to give this otherwise linear piece some flair and ornamentation. The supports are capped with turned finials and sit on brass casters to reposition as needed. Circa 1870. For more permanent placement, the trolley makes a fine bookshelf or étagère for display. We believe this item to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos. Please view the detailed image gallery for the current condition and message us with any questions.
