H. Pander & Zonen Round Coffee Table with Baluster Legs in Solid Oak, The Netherlands, 1920s. A wonderful round coffee or side table in solid oak made by the renowned Dutch furniture maker H. Pander & Zonen, The Netherlands. Classical design with early modernist touches and very distinct baluster type legs and turned details. A timeless and very elegant design which balances traditional vernacular shapes with a nice early modernist appearance. The table comes in original condition with some wear due to age and use - light marks and scratches, as can be seen in the pictures. About H. Pander & Zonen H. Pander & Zonen was a prominent Dutch furniture manufacturer founded in the mid-19th century in The Hague. The firm became (inter)nationally renowned for its finely crafted interiors, cabinetry, and bespoke furnishings, often produced for royal residences, government buildings, luxury liners, and grand private homes.
