Stunning modern chrome rectangle console table or sofa table with glass top in the style of Pace or Karl Springer. Gorgeous vintage condition with wear consistent with age and the chrome plugs have been painted. Please see photos. Circa 1970-1980. Look at this outstanding sofa table!! Much like similar styles by Pace or Karl Springer, this modern chrome sofa table will be an eye catcher in any room of your home! Its simple lines are comprised of four round chrome tube legs and two rectangular chrome tube bands which run horizontally around the top taking in the round legs so that the corners of the square are softly rounded. It is topped by a piece of 3/8 inch glass with the same rounded corners. It’s just striking! And the perfect table to place a lamp or object d’art, whether it is behind your sofa or in a hallway. Plus, I can just visualize a gorgeous mirror or fabulous piece of art hanging above it. Its design will be perfect with your modern or Hollywood Regency décor and mix well with your Mid-Century Modern pieces too.
