About the Item

This is a Group 8 Walnut Conference or Dining Table, designed by Jens Risom and produced by his company Jens Risom Design Inc. It features an oval top with a two-toned wood veneer that rests upon a walnut frame with six legs. The table appears to have been remarkably well maintained, and the top has been freshly refinished. This model is shown in various Risom catalogs from the 1950s onward, and this example dates to the 1960s. The table measures 61 inches long, 183 inches wide, and 29 inches tall. The top splits apart into two 91.5-inch pieces. The legs show some light scuffs and scratches, and the top Iooks terrific lest for some light scratches on the edges. Overall, the table is in very good condition. Please see photos.
