About the Item

This Custom Hand-Made French Walnut Louis XV Style Cabrio Leg Dining Table. Made here in our Old Plank workshop by skilled 'old world" artisans, we reproduce French furniture just like they were made in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. This table was made from 80 year old dried walnut straight from France. We purchased hundred of pieces of Walnut and Oak in France and brought this wood over in containers to our workshop in Chicago. This table is made from this exact wood and the boards are guaranteed to be from the same tree matching your wood grain almost identical throughout the table top. This table pictured is 70" long but if you wanted a table that was longer, shorter, wider or whatever the case may be, we can accomplish that for you and customized this table for you. If you'd like to purchase this table as is, we have this in stock ready to be delivered.

Country French Walnut Trestle Style Dining Room Table, handcrafted by one of France’s most famous furniture makers. Comteroux was located in the City of Perpignan for decades before the family retired. People in the trade simply referred to their business as "Quinta" which was operated by Henri Quinta along with his father. They had established themselves as one of the finest furniture fabricators for decades, before closing their door in 2012.
