On offer on this occasion is a sublime, beautifully-presented “Florence Knoll” Round Desk Dining-Table in “Carrara” Marble, manufactured by the leading Furniture manufacturer, Knoll Studio. As you will no doubt be aware by your interest in this divine Florence Knoll creation, Knoll Studio furniture is the epitome of contemporary European furniture design, is of peerless quality, and exhibits detailing and execution of the highest standard. A true icon of interior design, and a investment piece for the ages. In a world of temporary pleasures, Knoll Studio creates beautiful furniture that remains a joy forever, and there can be few more-beautiful examples of their work than this. This table is in superb, impeccably-maintained condition, having seen light, regular use in its previous home (as you would expect) and is entirely free from fault, flaw or damage but, equally, is not perfect. Its hugely handsome order reflects the TLC and considerate use afforded it in the past but, as you would think normal when considering the nature and colour of this particular marble, it does possess the bare-minimum of barely-visible and largely-inconsequential surface marks on the polished-top and edges (as you might consider normal), and there is some modest-marks to the chrome-finish of the base, but remains in a beautiful, original, unmolested state of presentation. For the avoidance of doubt, please view the numerous images provided to confirm the superb condition and appearance of this gem. Clearly not in truly-perfect condition, but a true classic of modern furniture design presented in as good-condition as you are likely to find. Whilst it could not be considered pristine due to the reasons stated above, it is certain to meet the requirements of all but the most-particular and true-perfectionist of buyers and, for someone looking for a piece of peerless design and execution to position at the heart of their home, it is truly heaven sent! Without question, this superb table possesses all the beauty and majesty you would expect from one of the finest contemporary manufacturers in the world. Dimensions-wise, the measurements of the table are H-70cm, W-137cm and D-137cm and, costing in excess of £7500 when new, it represents spectacular value for money, and we have no doubt it will serve and delight its new owner for many years to come.
