Marcus is defined by the quiet tension within its base, shown here in textured patinated bronze, split into two identical yet opposing forms that mutually support and stabilize one another.
The separation introduces negative space at the core of the piece, allowing light to pass through and softening the mass of the bronze. Subtle faceting and a hand-worked patina emphasize the physicality of the material.
The top is crafted in any wood, shown here in South American Oak, with bronze detailing at the edge.
