A charming pair of mid-20th century Chippendale style end tables featuring hand-tooled leather tops and elegantly carved cabriole legs. Each table is crafted with a square framed top inset with a rich cognac-toned leather panel, bordered by a delicate gold tooled foliate motif over a black ground—adding a refined and classic touch. The wood frames have been hand-painted in a soft grayish wash with subtle undertones of taupe and umber, creating a weathered patina that enhances the carved details, including acanthus leaf motifs on the knees and paw feet.
