The table was made in France in the second half of the 19th century in the Louis XVI style. The wooden structure is entirely veneered and the top, as well as the band under the central and lateral top, lacquered with chinoiserie designs. On the floor is depicted, in black background, a lake landscape, with houses, mountains and lush plants.
