About the Item

A fine quality hand crafted example of a Queen Anne style tiger maple lowboy in a dark finish by Eldred Wheeler with rectangular molded edge top surmounting a case with a single frieze drawer over three fitted drawers, the center of which featuring a radial carved fan, all appointed with polished batwing brasses, supported by four cabriole legs terminating with pad feet. An Eldred Wheeler, Hingham MA label appears inside the top frieze drawer. The lowboy is in wonderful condition, with minimal surface imperfections and light wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: 30.38 in H x 33.75 in W x 20.5 in D. Ref: 637
