About the Item

A refined mid-19th century Italianate walnut server featuring a beautifully understated silhouette and warm, richly patinated surface. The rectangular top rests above two long drawers fitted with turned walnut knobs, all raised on slender tapering legs with graceful arched corner brackets that lend the piece a distinctly architectural quality. Crafted in solid walnut with secondary woods showing hand-cut dovetail joinery, the table reflects the restrained sophistication associated with mid-19th century Italianate design.
