About the Item

Matching pair of Maison Bagues-inspired occasional tables featuring brass-finished faux bamboo metal bases with dark-stained wooden tops. One table is fitted with a round top and tripod-style base, while the companion table features an oval top with an integrated faux bamboo magazine rack supported by slender metal rods. The contrasting warm brass finish and dark wood tops reflect the naturalistic bamboo-inspired designs that became a hallmark of French furniture during the mid-twentieth century. Designed as versatile accent tables, the pair is well suited for use beside seating or in living room and lounge settings. The smaller table displays similar surface wear, including scattered scratches, finish wear, and a few small white paint spots on the tabletop. The smaller table is slightly wobbly but remains structurally intact. Both brass-finished metal bases exhibit typical age-related oxidation, tarnishing, light scratches, and finish wear consistent with age and handling.
