About the Item

Elegant hand-pressed print representing representing vintage bottles of perfume marketed and produced by the ancient firm H. Roberts and C. In this one we find the parfume called "Claire de Lune", like the most famous Chopin's piano variation. These illustrations are reproductions from vintage ones and in this case are hand painted in blue grey colors and gold nuances. English chemist Henry Roberts (1819-1879) left England in the first half of the 19th century for health reasons and settled in Florence, where in 1843, at 17 Via Tornabuoni, he founded the H. Roberts Pharmaceutical Laboratory. Roberts & Co. English and American Chemist and Druggist. Roberts' pharmacy also sold branded wines, spirits, groceries and cosmetics. These prints are available in 4 different representations, to create a bright and joyful composition: Paper dimension 35 x 40 cm Inner slab print dimension 20.5 x 26 cm With an experience of over 40 years, Artecornici design creates high-quality handmade frames using precious woods and working various types of high-quality finishes, lacquers and ageing, offering a vast choice of models. Each print is an artisanal Florentine product, reproducing images of the European 18th and 19th centuries with the same printing techniques (engraving with a star press), the golden age of prints, which are then finished and watercolored exclusively by hand The richness of our work lies in the ability to make our customers' requests our own, creating products with personalized, unique, and precious creations, renewing our collections year after year.
