Beautiful Victorian heavy silver bangle, with a lovely engraved raised central panel, and a rope twist and line design to either side. The back has a silky silver sheen. The bracelet tests for silver. It is slightly oval, the inside measurements are 5.7cm / 2.24 inches by 4.9cm / 1.9 inches, and the width is 3.7cm / 1.45 inches. The bracelet is in very good condition, with scratching and some minor indentations as expected. The clasp works well. This is a fabulous heavy antique bangle in a very wearable design, dating to the late 19th century.
