This exceptional, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 15k yellow gold.
The brooch has been modelled in the form of a leaping frog.
The gold frog bears a textured finish and is ornamented with ten round faceted cut demantoid garnets totalling 0.30ct, to the body and head.
This amphibian brooch is further ornamented with two collet set cabochon cut rubies, representing the eyes.
This brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.
This impressive antique garnet and ruby brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the 15k gold mark (15CT) and the registration number (RD 318300); the piece has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15k gold.
This stunning gold frog brooch is supplied with an IDGL gemstone grading report card.
