About the Item

These pearl earrings are a modern classic. They are Medium Spiral Dangle Earrings from the Orbit collection with sterling silver spirals, a 20 gauge ear wire and a lustrous, 7-8.5mm Akoya pearl. The earrings hang 2". The double-spiral is about 1" tall by 3/4" wide. And because of the way it is made, the spirals move, creating a different earring depending on movements. They are lightweight and elegant - a non-traditional way to wear a beautiful pearl. This design is wearable with almost every outfit - except the gym and the most fancy events. I even wear them with my blue jeans, when I run to the grocery store. These are made without any other stones but diamond melee can be added on the sides. This will be an additional charge for the cost of the stones. These earrings are hand finished and fabricated. Standard for these is a white Akoya pearl but they can be made with a black, round Tahitian pearl. This same design can be ordered in 2-tone with a gold and silver spiral, gold ear wire and an Akoya pearl. They can be ordered in all 14ky or higher carat. Necklaces using this same spiral can be special ordered to go with the earrings. (See the photos below and on my storefront) Martha Seely Design pays homage to the universe in which we live.
