Antique 2.90Ct Diamond and 9k White Gold Drop Earrings Circa 1890

A stunning, fine and impressive pair of vintage 13.96 carat diamond and 18 karat white gold drop earrings; part of our diverse jewellery collections. These stunning, fine and impressive vintage diamond earrings have been crafted in 18k white gold with 9k white gold fittings. The circular, halo style settings are ornamented with a stunning eight-claw set feature transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond to the centre. Each feature diamond is encompassed with a circular array of twelve individually claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds. The outer circumference of each halo setting is framed with eighteen further individually set diamonds, in a combination of transitional modern brilliant round and baguette. Each earring is further embellished with three stunning articulated strand tassel linear drops, suspended from the lower border of the imposing cluster setting. The tassel design of each earring is embellished with six four-claw transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds alternating with seven collet set baguette cut diamonds, to the segmented linear arrangements. Each of the three articulated strands terminate with a stunning transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond, graduating in size and completing the design. These vintage earrings for pierced ears secure with a 9k white gold post and hinged latch fastening. These stunning diamond earrings have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9 and 18 karat gold.
