A Simply lovely matched pair of Unheated Burma Rubies from the famed gem mines of Mogok in Burma (Myanmar) totalling 2.05ct, set in this solid antique-style platinum setting and surrounded by total 1.36ct clean and white diamonds. The colour of these very pretty gemstones is a gorgeous medium shade of red, with a secondary pinkish hue, absolutely unusual, intriguing and absolutely typically Burmese. Very good colour match and cut from the same rough. Bear in mind that the light in Chicago, as an example, may not be so bright this time of year! Important- these are gorgeous but, at this price point, inevitably not perfect stones.
