Estaa seeks to inspire and be inspired by crafting fine jewelry that interweaves ancient wisdom with gemstones and metals all the while rooted in the here and now. Founded in Mumbai in 2009 by mother and son, Swati and Pratik Shah, Estaa's creations illustrate their skill in drawing from the rich and diverse heritage of India, as well as their uncanny ability to reconcile traditional and contemporary sources of inspiration. Every jewel carries with it the spirit by which it has been created. Estaa crafts jewelry in gold, silver, and titanium with diamonds and gemstones. Pratik's grandfather was one of the first DeBeers site holders in the country, and this ensures that their supply of diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced in India, the worldwide hub of cutting and polishing gems. Estaa's third-generation goldsmiths are experts in handcrafting jewelry employing ancient techniques, while their gem-setters use state-of-the-art 25x microscopes to set gemstones assuring perfection. From being the first producers of fine titanium jewelry in India to crafting a special collection in collaboration with the Barbier Mueller Museum in Switzerland, Estaa's jewelry has graced women, men, and celebrities world over.
