About the Item

A pair of fine flower studs in solid 18K Yellow and White Gold. European sisters made ca. 1960s -1970s. Each floret measures Ø 14 mm x 7.5 mm deep. Two diamond cut natural green Emeralds Ø 3.25 mm x 2.2mm deep / ca.0.17 ct each, both demonstrate flaws and inclusions typical for naturals. Each Emerald is surrounded with 6 old diamond cut Diamonds set in White Gold clusters, each diamond Ø 2.25 mm /0.06 ct each . Thus total diamonds weight is ca. 0.72 ctw. Color ca. H - J / VVS . Stoppers hallmarked 18K. Metal tested solid 18K Gold. Stoppers may be not original but fit perfectly well. Anyway general rule for all studs is to use extra silicone stoppers over for best security, always. Weight : 2.3 grams pair. It is often difficult or impossible to get an accurate characteristics of the weight , color and nature of inclusions without removing the stones from the settings to be weighed and examined and doing that may damage the piece.
