Stylish contemporary Portuguese pave diamond cigar ring crafted in 18k white gold. Pave set with an estimated 1.75 carats of diamonds the ring makes a wonderful statement on the hand! The wide (16.5mm - 0.64 inches) cigar style band features a folded design, perched to highlight the shimmering diamonds. The band has a lower profile and rises 7mm or 0.27 inches from the finger. Weighing 19.8 grams the ring has a weighty, substantial feel on the hand. The ring is in very good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished. The piece was acquired on a recent trip to Portugal, one of Europe's most exciting destinations for discovering exceptional antique and vintage jewelry. Portugal's thriving antiques community, historic markets, and renowned art and antiques fairs provided access to remarkable jewelry with provenance, exceptional beauty and character. Particulars: Weight: 19.8 grams Stones: Pave set diamonds total an estimated 1.75 carats (estimated at I-J color and VS2-SI2 clarity). Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 6 1/2 (sizable). The band measures 16.5mm wide (0.64 inches), rising 7mm from the finger. Metal & Hallmark: 18k white gold. The base of the ring is stamped with the Portuguese Swallow fineness mark for 18k gold. Indiscernible maker's mark to the base of the ring. Please note the base of the ring tests for 14k gold. Please note that vintage and pre-owned jewelry may test slightly below the stamped or tested standard due to manufacturing tolerances, alloy variations, age, solder content, or wear. The piece may test from 16k to 18.8k gold with XRF methods.
