About the Item

German Ring from ca. 1930s/ Art Deco period featuring an 18K Yellow Gold band with a Silver openwork crown decorated with peculiar six corners irregular cut Green Spinel (lab-made) accented with 24 rose cut Markasites. Spinel with faceted table and backside with distinctive culet 11 mm x 8 mm x 3 mm deep / ca. 4 ct. The crown measures 25 mm x 15 mm x 4 mm deep. European, hallmarked 18K on the band, import hallmarks, maker's hallmarks, made between ca.1900s - 1030s. Fine used condition. Minor wear to the facets of Spinel. No missing or damaged Markasite stones. Size Ø 7.5 US / 17.75mm. Can be sized. Weight: 3.6 grams > Most of the items that we sell are not new at all if not stated otherwise. It is often difficult or impossible to get an accurate characteristics of the weight , color and nature of inclusions without removing the stones from the settings to be weighed and examined and doing that may damage the piece.
