About the Item

Colombian emerald and diamond coronet cluster. Set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural Colombian emerald with minor oil in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.40 carats, further set with fourteen round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.00 carats, to a geometric coronet cluster design featuring millegrain edging, an ornately pierced gallery, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders with stylised details which flow through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat white gold and platinum, marked 'Parsons', circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5786-0549.
