However, we do charge a small non-refundable fee for resizing existing rings. We strive to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable, and the resizing fee is also non-refundable. Please note that the limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse or misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage that occurs over time, such as scratches or the wearing off of coatings, is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
