About the Item

A Ring decorated with oval cut Blue Spinel ( lab -made) 15 mm x 8 mm x 5 mm deep / ca. 6 ct. Band and bridge in solid 18K Yellow Gold, top of the crown in Silver. This stone successfully imitates Aquamarine and untrained eye will not tell the difference. Made in Germany, Swedish importer's hallmarks, 18K, 835. Year marks : C8 / imported in 1930 . Crown 19 mm x 13 mm x 5 mm deep. Size : Ø 7.5 US / 17.75 mm. Can be sized. Weight: 4.26 grams. Fine used condition. Very minor wear to facets of the stone / visible under magnification only. It is often difficult or impossible to get an accurate characteristics of the weight , color and nature of inclusions without removing the stones from the settings to be weighed and examined and doing that may damage the piece.
