About the Item

Vintage Three Stones ring in solid 18K White gold with three bezel set natural Diamonds of old European Diamond cut. Crown measures 12 mm x 5mm x 4 mm deep. Largest Diamond is Ø 4 mm x 2.5 mm deep / ca. 0.3 ct and two stones on the flanks ca. Ø 3.5 mm x 1.5 mm deep / ca .0.2 ct each. Total Diamond weight ca. 0.7 ctw. Color H,H / SI . All stones with open backs. Hallmarked 18K with Swedish importer's and import marks, year combination is B9 = imported in 1952. Used fine condition. Patina on metal. Central stone shows tiny chip close to girdle under x 10 magnification, most likely accrued while the stone was set into the bezel / not visible on the images or on a hand. Traces of old sizing. Size : Ø 7.25 US / 17.45 mm. Can be sized for additional payment. Weight: 2.4 grams > Most of the items that we sell are not new at all if not stated otherwise. Gemstones may often look differently in different light and weather conditions and time of the day, both indoors and outdoors. Stones of the rings photographed alone may look a bit differently when on hand because your finger makes the back side of the stone closed and light no longer can go through and the color becomes different. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described. Some buyers tried to make return of the items and to avoid paying shipping and restock expenses claimed that : " color is different from that on image .. " there are inclusions that I didn't notice " "it looks smaller than I expected" ! Unfortunately Internet sales do not allow us to see the items in person before we get them by post. Minor color deviations may be possible. CUSTOM WORK : About Resizing: Resizing of rings can be done on request. The work will be done by experienced professional jeweler. Note: We will not be responsible for any physical/color changes that may occur as a result of heating of the stones during the process of resizing. We will not be responsible if in the process of resizing or customization any stone on the ring becomes loose, if any deformation occurs in general or if band of the ring changes shape or becomes deformed. It is often difficult or impossible to get an accurate characteristics of the weight , color and nature of inclusions without removing the stones from the settings to be weighed and examined and doing that may damage the piece.
