An Audemars Piguet Royal Oak ladies wristwatch in solid 18KT yellow gold — Gérald Genta's 1972 design that made the octagonal bezel and exposed screws the most recognisable silhouette in luxury watchmaking, here in its smaller ladies proportion. This example has been extensively customised with aftermarket diamond setting across the bezel, case and integrated bracelet, turning the Royal Oak into a full high-jewellery statement piece while retaining the black Tapisserie dial and Swiss automatic movement.
