A longtime collector of vintage fashion, Tara has an instinctive sense for compelling combinations of color, pattern, and texture. She designs residential interiors for clients who value art, antiques, distinctive objects, and highly personal environments. She also brings her interest in atmosphere and world-building to projects in fashion, hospitality, exhibitions, and other creative industries, where interiors can communicate a strong point of view and create an immersive experience. Rather than adhering to a single period or prescribed style, her rooms are conceived as evolving compositions that reveal more over time.

Tara studied design, art history, and film at NYU Gallatin and spent eight years working with Elle Decor A-List designer Nick Olsen before founding her namesake studio in 2022. She was named a House Beautiful Next Wave designer in 2023 and is a member of the AD PRO Directory. Her work and expertise have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Dwell, Homes & Gardens, and NBC’s "Open House."
