About the Item

Elegant Italian mid-century chandelier featuring nine lights arranged on gracefully looping brass arms. A sculptural and highly decorative lighting fixture dating from the 1950s. This striking Italian chandelier was produced during the 1950s and showcases the playful sculptural character that defines much of Italy's postwar lighting design. The fixture is composed of nine gracefully curved brass arms that loop and intertwine around a central structure, creating a dynamic and almost ribbon-like composition. The elegant arrangement gives the chandelier a strong architectural presence while maintaining an airy and balanced appearance. Finished with white-painted elements that contrast beautifully with the warm brass framework, the design offers a refined combination of movement, symmetry, and decorative appeal.
