About the Item

A very decorative set of two wall sconces that perfectly embodies the spirit of the 1970s with experimentation with shapes and geometries. The brass and striated brass structure encapsulates in a compact body the essence of the wall lamp by providing the circular neon a springboard to directly project light into the room. The neon is the element on which the decorative focus is concentrated and contributes to the overall aesthetic of the piece by emphasizing the compactness of the main body. These sconces originally came from a Turin Hotel that was dismantled probably in the late 1980s. -- Un set di due appliques molto decorativo e che incarna perfettamente lo spirito degli anni 70 con sperimentazione di forme e geometrie. La struttura in ottone e ottone striato racchiude in un corpo compatto l'essenza della lampada da muro fornendo al neon circolare un trampolino per proiettare direttamente la luce nell'ambiente. Il neon è l'elemento su cui si concentra il focus decorativo e contribuisce all'estetica complessiva del pezzo sottolinenando la compattezza del corpo principale. Queste appliques provengono originariamente da un Hotel di Torino smantellato probabilmente a fine anni 80.
