Exquisite glass Murano obelisk signed by master glass blower Romano Dona. Black Murano glass resting on transparent Murano glass balls. Romano Donà grew up in a family with centuries of experience in glassmaking. He entered the kiln business at an early age, beginning his apprenticeship at the F.lli Manfren company where he worked also with his father. In 1975 he began working with the master Livio Seguso with whom he worked for twenty years in order to master his skills while learning from important artists like Henry Mavrodin, Federica Marangoni, Mimmo Rotella and Ugo Marano...
