About the Item

Folding stool in brushed steel with a black near-leather sling seat, attributed to Michael Christensen and produced in Denmark in the second half of the 20th century. A refined expression of Danish modernist design in the tradition of Poul Kjærholm's PK91 and the campaign-stool lineage. This model is known in Scandinavian auction records as the "Rough #1" stool and is attributed to Michael Christensen. Dimensions: H 33 cm (seat height, extended) x L 61 cm x W 40 cm. Folded: H 68 x L 40 x W 12. Condition: Good vintage condition. Patina to the brushed steel frame consistent with age; near-leather seat has creases but is in good condition. No tears.
