About the Item

Set of Sixteen Framed "Black Book Twice" Lithographs, from a limited edition of 350, by French artist Sebastien Girard, France, circa 2024. These works are after the Christopher Wool works "Black Book" produced in 1989. They follow the long tradition of one artist appropriating another artists work, modifying it, and making it their own. In this case, Girards works have Wools words printed on both sides of the paper, creating an entirely new mirror like image. Recently professionally framed in clean lined black lacquer wood frames under UV resistant glass. The price noted is for the entire set of sixteen.
