Large Antique Victorian 16.8g Carved Banded Agate Barrel Bar Brooch, Circa 1870 A striking piece of authentic 19th-century history, this large Victorian bar brooch features a continuous, beautifully carved cylinder of natural Scottish banded agate. The deep chocolate-brown stone showcases parallel milky-white bands running through its polished, translucent body. The reverse retains its original mid-Victorian base metal mounts, showcasing a hand-crimped wavy friction pin and an authentic open C-clasp configuration.
