About the Item

The "Days of Creation" pendant series is a sculptural celebration of spiritual symbolism, personal identity, and museum-quality craftsmanship. Each pendant represents one of the seven days of creation described in the Book of Genesis, allowing the wearer to select the creation day corresponding to the day of the week on which they were born. Conceived as miniature wearable works of art, each composition combines precious materials, architectural framing, and highly detailed sculptural relief into a meaningful personal talisman. The Sixth Day commemorates the culmination of earthly creation and one of the most profound moments within the biblical narrative. According to Genesis, it was on this day that God created the animals of the land and finally created humankind in His image. The Sixth Day represents the completion of the living world, the unique relationship between humanity and creation, stewardship of the earth, wisdom, responsibility, and the divine dignity bestowed upon mankind. It symbolizes the harmony that existed between humanity, nature, and the Creator at the dawn of existence. Entirely handcrafted in sterling silver and finished with rich 24K gold gilding, the pendant presents a dramatic sculptural interpretation of the Garden of Eden. At the center stand Adam and Eve beneath the radiant heavens, surrounded by the creatures of the earth created on the Sixth Day. A majestic lion rests at their feet, while a giraffe and elephant emerge from the surrounding landscape, representing the diversity and grandeur of terrestrial life. Above them, birds glide across the gilded sky, while mountains, vegetation, and flourishing natural forms create a richly detailed setting that evokes the beauty and abundance of paradise before the Fall. The composition is framed with hand-carved Jerusalem stone, transforming the pendant into a miniature architectural portal. Inspired by sacred architecture and classical stonework, the frame establishes a connection between the biblical landscape and the historic stone traditions of Jerusalem, reinforcing the spiritual significance of the work while adding depth, texture, and monumentality to the composition. At the top of the pendant sits a bezel-set round brilliant-cut diamond of approximately 0.30 carats. Positioned above the Edenic scene, the diamond serves as a symbol of divine presence, eternal light, and spiritual perfection while providing a refined focal point that crowns the sculptural composition. Measuring approximately 6 cm in height, the pendant possesses a bold couture presence while remaining elegant and wearable. Its carefully balanced proportions allow every sculptural detail- from the expressive figures of Adam and Eve to the surrounding animals and landscape-to remain clearly visible and visually impactful. Each pendant is individually handcrafted and made to order with a production lead time of approximately three months. Customization is available upon request and may include alternative precious metals, gemstones, gilding finishes, chain styles, or personalized symbolic elements. In addition to the finished piece, the client will receive a complimentary signed original design sketch prepared by the atelier. This presentation drawing forms part of the artistic process and serves as an element of provenance accompanying the completed work. We also create bespoke jewelry commissions, transforming each client's vision into a unique one-of-a-kind creation. From the initial concept sketch through the final handcrafted masterpiece, every stage is executed with exceptional attention to detail, artistry, and collaboration. This pendant is created within the Konforti family atelier, a multi-generational workshop led by Inga and Barak Konforti and founded by master artist Ella and master artist Yuri Bogoslavsky. Every work is handcrafted using traditional artistic techniques including sculptural metalwork, hand carving, stone setting, gilding, and fine jewelry craftsmanship, continuing a shared artistic legacy shaped across generations. Delivery will be arranged individually with the buyer through a professional fine-art and luxury object logistics service. White-glove handling, secure packaging, and insured delivery will be coordinated based on destination and preferred level of service.
