This pendant series titled "Days of Creation" is a sculptural expression of spiritual symbolism, personal identity, and museum level craftsmanship. Each pendant within the collection represents one of the seven days of creation, allowing every individual to choose the specific creation day corresponding to the day of the week on which they were born. Every composition is conceived as a miniature sculptural, combining symbolic imagery, precious materials, and deeply detailed relief work into a wearable work of art. The Second Day symbolizes the separation of the waters above from the waters below, as described in the biblical account of creation. This pivotal moment established the firmament between heaven and earth, creating order within the cosmos and defining the relationship between the celestial and earthly realms. The composition interprets this sacred event through a dramatic sculptural scene where turbulent silver waves rise beneath luminous gilded clouds suspended within a radiant golden sky. Each pendant is entirely handcrafted in sterling silver and finished with rich 24K gold gilding, creating a luminous contrast between the warm golden backgrounds and the darkened sculptural silver foregrounds. The compositions are framed with hand carved Jerusalem stone elements, introducing an architectural and historical dimension that connects the pieces to the ancient stone traditions of Jerusalem itself. At the center of the composition, powerful sculptural waves represent the earthly waters, rendered in deeply detailed oxidized sterling silver relief. Above them, richly gilded clouds float across a textured golden sky, symbolizing the heavenly waters separated by divine command. The contrast between the darkened ocean and radiant celestial realm creates remarkable depth while visually expressing one of the most profound moments within the creation narrative. At the top of each pendant sits an elegantly bezel set round brilliant cut diamond of approximately 0.30 carats. The diamond introduces a radiant focal point above the sculptural tableau, reflecting light into the richly textured composition below while symbolizing divine illumination and the celestial order established during creation. Each pendant measures approximately 6 cm in height, giving the series a bold couture presence while maintaining refined elegance and wearability. The proportions are intentionally designed to allow the miniature sculptural scenes to retain exceptional detail and visual impact when worn. This pendant series is made to order with a production lead time of three months. Every piece is handcrafted individually and may be customized upon request in precious metals, stone combinations, gilding tones, chain styles, or personalized symbolic elements. Additionally to the finished piece, the client will receive a complementary signed original design sketch prepared by the atelier and presented as part of the artistic process and provenance of the commission. We also create bespoke jewelry on demand, transforming each client's vision into a one-of-a-kind piece. From the initial sketch to the final handcrafted creation, every stage is guided by precision, artistry, and close collaboration, ensuring the finished work reflects the client's dream in its purest and most refined form. This piece is created within the Konforti family atelier, a multi-generational workshop led by Inga and Barak Konforti, and founded by master artist Ella and master artist Yuri Bogoslavsky. Each work is handcrafted using traditional techniques, sculptural metalwork, hand carving, and meticulous stone setting, continuing a shared artistic legacy shaped across generations.
