Pair of French Art Deco Chrome, Brass and Marble Tazzas, 1920s–1930s A striking and unusual pair of French Art Deco tazzas, crafted in a sophisticated combination of chrome, brass, and marble during the 1920s–1930s. The design embodies the bold geometric elegance and refined material contrasts that define the Art Deco movement. Each piece features a polished chrome urn-form vessel, elegantly suspended within a sculptural framework of curved brass supports. The interplay between the cool, reflective chrome and the warm tones of the brass creates a dynamic visual tension, further grounded by stepped marble bases that lend both weight and architectural presence. The clean lines, balanced proportions, and machine-age aesthetic make these tazzas exceptionally representative of their period—both functional objects and sculptural statements. Ideal as decorative centerpieces or as distinctive accents in a curated interior. One of the cups shows some wear to the interior, as illustrated in the photographs. The overall impression, however, remains very good. A rare and highly decorative pair, capturing the essence of French Art Deco design at its most expressive. Wear consistent with age and use.
